About the role:

Maintain and service production devices within the printing industry. Mainly Konica Minolta with some Ricoh devices. The area covered will depend on applicants’ location but will be the midlands

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to service calls in a timely manner
• Carrying out servicing and PM’s when required
• Conduct site surveys for installs
• Install production devices
• Manage car stock efficiently
• Occasional workshop duties

Skills you need to succeed:

• Outward Associate and Professional Qualifications preferable
• Excellent fiery skills essential
• Excellent fault finding, and electrical skills required
• Manufacturer training on PPD devices preferable
• Ideally have several years’ experience within the industry
• Experience on Konica Minolta or Ricoh devices is essential
• Print Production experience essential
