The Ethos company was taken into Administration on 3rd March 2026. This acquisition of the MPS business operations by Aurora, agreed with the Joint Administrators, ensures the Ethos customer base will continue to benefit from the MPS services and support they are contracted to, which will now be provided by Aurora.
Robin Stanton-Gleaves, Aurora Chairman said “This is another significant acquisition by Aurora as we continue to invest and grow our managed services business. It is also a very important development for the many organisations who were contracted MPS customers of Ethos. They can now depend on the Aurora business to continue to deliver the managed services they need for their organisations, as well as benefitting from access to the full portfolio of managed services Aurora can provide.”
“In addition, I am pleased to confirm that MPS operational staff formerly employed by Ethos will transfer across and become employees of Aurora with continuous employment, so they will continue to provide support to these customers as part of the Aurora Managed Services team.”
