With over 20 years of experience in Managed Print Services, Mark’s role as National Operations Director will oversee the full spectrum of managed service delivery operations across the UK, optimising customer experience and operational effectiveness. Prior to joining Aurora, Mark held Directorships at several major Managed Print Service organisations, developing and growing their core customer service processes and revenues.
