Contact UsIf you do not need the full functionality of a traditional on premise or hosted telephone system, then why not use Microsoft Teams as your telephone system? Using internet connectivity rather than legacy copper based telephone lines (WLR3) is a cost effective alternative to a full blown telephone system. We will integrate your SIP trunks or Horizon telephone system with your Microsoft 365 domain. You will need a Microsoft 365 Business Voice licence which will then give you the ability to call from your Teams desktop APP.
Staff will be able to utilise Hybrid Working so that they can work anywhere that there is internet connectivity.
By using MS Teams as your phone system, your communication tools are now all on one platform. All of your existing Teams features will continue to work with telephone functionality now added.
